The ground floor consists of a large konoba (living / dining room with kitchen), a double bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 1st floor there are another 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with separate beds, small kitchenette and 2 bathrooms, both with shower and toilet.

Anzeige entspricht nicht der Wahrheit
Zum Haus gibt es nur positiv zu sagen, dass die Lage ruhig ist. Mehr nicht! Mit dem Auto ein kleines Stück in den Nachbarort zum Essen und einkaufen ist auch gut möglich. - Das Haus entspricht nur grob der Anzeige. Bei Ankunft war der Pool halb gefüllt, die Plane ist eingerissen, der Pool hatte auch immer wieder Wasser verloren, im Haus war dreckig, sehr viel Ungeziefer( Tausendfüßler, 1 Maus, Ameisen) fehlende Schlüssel, oder gar nicht abzuschließende Türen, Waschbeckenabfluss funktionierte nicht, teilweise sind Wände und Türen eingedrückt, Schränke ebenfalls tw. kaputt, Gasflasche erst als defekt deklariert, deswegen nicht angeschlossen, Geschirr tw. zu wenig, abfallende Türklinken. Die Liste ist lang, nach sofortiger Anzeige bei Vermietung wurde jeden Tag etwas verbessert. Gleich zu Beginn wurde das Haus einigermaßen gereinigt . Letztlich aber nicht alles soo dass an sich wohl fühlen kann. Die Anzeige des Hauses entspricht absolut nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Absolute Frechheit ist der Preis. Die Agentur kann keinen Ersatz anbieten zur Hauptsaison. Ja der Vermieter ist freundlich, und war auch bemüht. Aber so darf es erst gar nicht sein. Das muss doch vorher schon alles ordentlich sein, bevor die Gäste ankommen! Nieeee wieder!

In 5 Minuten fahrt ist man beim Supermarkt,Bäcker und Meer etc.

Ubytování skvěle, přístup cest.agentury hruza
Majitel příjemný pan. Ve všem velice ochotný. Ukázal nám okolí a ve všem vyšel vstříc. Ubytování hezké, čisté. Jen šipky nefungovaly. - Nelíbil se mi přístup cestovní kanceláře Adriagate. Vše jsem si s nimi vykomunikovala emailem no na místě bylo vše jinak. Po emailu byla po nás vyžadována platba v Eur. V agentuře však Eura neprijimali no poslali mě si najít smenarnu. Ptala jsem se zdá je možné se ubytovat dříve jak ve 14 hod kvůli cestě s malými dětmi( jeli se přes noc). Odpověď byla že není problém, že majitel o tom ví. No na místě ho v 9 hod dvakrát vytočili, tel jim nezvedl. Nepříjemná slečna v agentuře mi napsala tel.číslo, ze si to mám vyřešit sama. Mě zvedl majitel tel hned, avšak o ničem nevěděl a řekl mi že nás ubytujte kvůli úklidu nejdřív ve 13hod. Po celé noci kdy jsme byli s malými dětmi na cestě nás tahle zpráva nepotěšila. Adresa ubytování nelze najít podle GPS souřadnic ani podle adresy. Museli jsme se po cestě ptát no nakonec si pro nás majitel přijel k obchodu.
