Beautiful house and quiet location.

This house is perfect. Great location and very quiet. It is not far to the nearest towns. - The path to the sea is still beautiful, but access to the bay is difficult.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa

Wir waren sofort überwältigt von der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Sowohl das einchecken (Schlüsselübergabe direkt beim Haus durch die Hausbesitzerin) als auch das auschecken funktionierte reibungslos. Die Villa, sowieso die gesamte Poolarea sind wunderschön, sauber und alles neu renoviert. Wir nutzten den riesigen Griller fast täglich zum grillen und entspannten abends auf der großen Terasse. Rund um das Grundstück befindet sich ausschließlich Wald und daher würde man auch niemanden stören wenn es mal lauter wird. Aufgrund dessen war es nachts auch sehr ruhig und leise. - Wir hatten uns sehr auf die Bucht die sich wenige Meter unter dem Haus befindet gefreut, da sie sehr abgelegen und eigentlich nur mit Boot erreichbar wäre. Es gibt einen Weg hinunter zu dieser Bucht doch dieser war unseres Erachtens nach zu gefährlich da es ein sehr schmaler Und extrem steiler Weg über die Klippen hinunter ist. Es befinden sich jedoch einige Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sowohl öffentliche Strände als auch einsame Buchten. Ein letzter Minuspunkt war die Zufahrt zum Haus, da diese sehr schmal und mit Schlaglöchern versehen ist - schwer befahrbar für tiefere Autos

Beautiful villa with stunning gardens and pool overlooking the sea!

We had a fabulous week at villa Jelena in August. The old characterful farmhouse has been renovated into a beautiful stylish holiday villa. It was really clean & the air conditioning was much-needed in the 34 degree heat! The owner was very friendly and helpful. The pool is particularly gorgeous & the views of the sea make it even better. When we weren''t happily just relaxing by the pool, we really enjoyed walking down the path to the little cove for a swim & evening walks/ dinner in Novi Vindoloski overlooking the sea. A trip to the waterfalls in Plitvice national park is well worth a visit too. If you''re looking for a beautiful villa with peace and quiet, it doesn''t get any better than this! - A washing machine would be great, but it wasn''t a big deal not to have one
