Traumurlaub - Traumhaus
Das Haus ist in einer absolut traumhaften und ruhigen Lage und von einem wunderschön gepflegten Garten umgeben.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, sie kommt jeden zweiten Tag in der Früh, um die Pflanzen zu gießen und den Rasen zu sprengen!
Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Krk ist außergewöhnlich!
Die schöne überdachte Sitzlounge bietet viel Platz zum Chillen, Lesen, Relaxen......
In jedem Schlafzimmer, im oberen Vorraum und im EG ist jeweils eine Klimaanlage.
Es steht ein Gasgrill und ein gemauerter Grill zur Verfügung!
Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und gepflegt (ca. 2m Wassertiefe)!
Die stabilen Holzliegen mit aufstellbarem Kopfteil laden zum Sonnenbaden ein, wer jedoch Schatten möchte findet unter dem Sonnensegel bzw. einem Sonnenschirm Platz!
Das Highlight in der geräumigen Küche ist für mich die riesige Gefrier-Kühlschrank-Kombination mit Wasser- Eiswürfel- und Crushice-Spender!!!!!
Alles in Allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier mit unseren Kindern verbracht!
Das Haus ist (mit Verweis auf die unten angeführten neg. Bemerkungen) sehr zu empfehlen! - Leider sind schon ein paar Abnützungserscheinungen am / im Haus zu sehen, das trübt ein klein wenig das Gesamtbild und für meine Begriffe hätte besser geputzt bzw. gesaugt werden müssen (Bsp.: Spinnweben an der Küchendecke)!
Der überdachte Platz beim "Container" (Geräteschuppen) sieht auch nicht sehr einladend aus, passt so gar nicht zum wunderschönem Haus!
Leider ist man auf das Auto angewiesen, wenn man zum Strand möchte, da es zum Haus sehr steil bergauf geht, zu Fuß ist das mit all den Badesachen und der Hitze doch eine sportliche Herausforderung!
Leider war das Grundstück nicht, wie beschrieben, komplett eingezäunt, was für uns ein entscheidender Grund für die Wahl dieses Hauses war (hatten unseren Hund mit!)!
Ursache: die Zufahrt wurde kürzlich neu gemacht aber das Einfahrtstor wurde noch nicht montiert!
