Die Aussenanlagen haben uns sehr gut gefallen, alles war sehr gepflegt. Die Waschmaschine ist gold wert. Der Pool wurde mehrmals täglich von uns benutzt, die Aussicht auf das Meer ist super. Der Grill ist ebenfalls super. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, kurze Wege zum Meer und zum Hafen. - Die Einrichtung im Haus ist sehr veraltet und teilweise beschädigt und sollte erneuert werden. Die Terrassenstühle sind wacklig und sollten erneuert werden. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem da teilweise anstelle eines Lattenrost nur ein Holzbrett unter der Matratze lag. In den Bädern fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken für die Handtücher. Leider gab es nur eine Restmülltonne und keine Möglichkeit zur Mülltrennung.
